Since our doors opened,
Rosie’s Place has always been more than a shelter.
For some women, we are a second chance. A stop-and-catch-your-breath place where they find sanctuary and support on their journeys. For others, we are the home and family they miss or may have never had. For so many, with our ESOL classes and Workforce Development program, we are a steppingstone—a critical step in moving forward. And our eviction prevention and utility arrearage assistance has made us a vital safety net for thousands of women every year.
Today, the compassion, community and opportunity that
Rosie’s Place provides has never been needed more.
Guided by our ambitious five-year strategic plan, we will meet this moment with more, as we continue to grow and enhance all of our programming. So that in 2026, we will be serving thousands more women in more meaningful ways than ever before.
