How We Help

A stunning 1 in 3 adults in Massachusetts are food insecure.

Our Food Programs provide access to meals and groceries for hundreds of women each day.

The guests of Rosie’s Place have always struggled with hunger and those who are already living on the edge of homelessness and instability are most at risk. Our Food Programs are more important than ever to women who are desperately trying to get by.

Dining Room

Our Dining Room is open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Last year alone, Rosie’s Place served more than 100,000 healthy and hearty meals. Homeless women come to Rosie’s Place tired and hungry, so we ensure that they have access to food all day long, serving both sit-down and to-go meals. As the number of women who find respite and support with us increases, so does the need, with our staff currently serving approximately 282 meals and hundreds more healthy snacks daily—365 days of the year.
