Because being homeless can be frightening, dehumanizing and exhausting, we’ve worked to create a sanctuary for our guests.
The Overnight Shelter is open 365 days a year to provide 20 women with a warm, safe bed for 28 days, three meals a day and a chance to get her footing so she can best make a plan for what comes next.
Last year, the Overnight Shelter Program provided safe and welcoming temporary shelter to 177 women in total, including some in extended stays due to the pandemic.
A total of 231 guests participated in our drop-in housing search support. We helped place 16 guests in stable, permanent housing and assisted with furniture, household items and moving costs.
With our help, Sasha was able to maintain stable housing and employment.
