There Is Still Time to Give
For poor and homeless women, winter is the hardest season.
The temperature drops and the need for a hot meal, a warm coat, a place to sleep for the night and basic medical care only rises. Severe weather can be life-threatening to women living on the streets, while unemployment and high heating bills can threaten eviction for housed women.
Thanks to friends like you, Rosie’s Place remains a lifeline for these women, providing help with immediate needs like shelter, showers and meals—as well as long-term support with expert housing, legal and mental health assistance.
These are difficult and dangerous times for poor and homeless women. Can we count on you to help us provide the sanctuary and opportunity—care and compassion that our guests need and deserve?
If you have already made a year-end gift, we thank you! If not, there is still time to make a contribution to support the constancy of our community during these uncertain times.
We are so grateful that despite the distance the pandemic has put between us all—we are still making a difference—together. Thank you for keeping the Rosie’s Place community so close.
With my very best wishes and hopes for a happy New Year,
