What You Should Know
Rosie’s Place is open and providing emergency services.
- If you have a safe place to be—in order to minimize risk—we ask that you stay there. As we practice extreme social distancing within our building, we want to ensure women without other options have a safe place to be.
- We have additional safety precautions in place. Upon arrival visitors are asked to wash their hands in the hand washing station. Everyone is asked to leave a 6-foot distance between each other. Visitors are being screened for COVID-19 symptoms and are being directed to further screening if needed before being invited inside.
- Our Overnight Shelter is at capacity and is not able to accept new guests at this time. Women currently staying in the program are also practicing extreme social distancing and limiting interactions with other guests and staff.
THANK YOU for your patience as we work to meet the needs of our community. We remain committed to being a sanctuary, especially during these difficult times.
