Rosie's Place coordinates a coalition of individuals and organizations committed to the goals of the “Strengthening Families Involved with the Department of Children and Families” campaign. The coalition focuses on legislative and administrative advocacy to advance the campaign’s policy priorities.
Campaign Goals
1. Increase significantly the funding for prevention, family preservation, and family reunification in the State Budget.
2. Enhance and expand family services using models with proven efficacy.
3. Better connect families to services in the community, including families whose cases are ready to be closed.
4. Decrease disproportionality and disparities in treatment and outcomes for families of color.
